The place
The Daintree Rainforest. As light shines through the ferns, the leaves are blanketed by the gentle breeze of warm air. The evolution from rain to sun leaves the trees tall, as they calmly sit in a bed of green moss, orchids and fallen leaves.
They feel it coming. They have for hundreds of millions of years. The wind turns into a breath, that whispers to the trees when to expect it next. You can smell it before it arrives.
The primitive and wild smell of a rainforest.
The feeling
This light, earthy fragrance mirrors the smell of fresh rain. Ferns lean in to the green dewy, water-covered moss. Fresh, leafy greens are surrounded by dewey aromatic blossoms.
As the rain subsides and the sun peeks through the trees, the scent of wood settles and the orchids and conifer begins to bloom. After the rain, the smell of vegetation is soft and long.
Usage
Spray two to three pumps throughout the immediate space and refresh as needed; the aroma will last for several hours.
Please recycle packaging after use. Store below 21C/70F.

WARNING
Do not use near flames or heat. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Handle with care. do not ingest if swallowed. Do not induce vomiting. Call physician or poison control centre immediately. If there is contact with eyes. Rinse with clear water. Seek medical help if necessary. Avoid direct contact with wooden surface and fabrics. Spills should be wiped up immediately. When rotating reeds, use a paper towel or cloth to eliminate any excess oil from dripping.
Online Orders and Shipping:
Orders are processed and shipped within a 48 hour period of receiving the order, where pre-orders are offered these will be shipped as soon as they are available to LivedIn Coogee.
Where public holidays fall, orders will be sent within 48 hours of the public holiday or opening of Australia Post.
If the item description says “Click and Collect Only” then there is no shipping available and the purchaser must collect from in store.
ONLINE RETURNS
We happily offer a refund for return on all full-priced goods (excludes earrings).
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached.
Please be aware that we are unable to process refunds for online orders in-store. A refund will be processed by our online team through shopify to the original card used to purchase.
LivedIn Coogee reserves the right to deny a refund or credit if the item is not returned in the specified condition.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable for change of mind. Please take special care with packaging an item to return it to us to ensure it is returned in its original condition. If it is an option for you, we would prefer you to return your item to the store in person.
We do not take returns on sale items, these items cannot be returned for a credit note, exchange or refund.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
DELIVERY
We ship small decor items via Australia Post or courier companies. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout based on your post code. You will be sent your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping:
Kia Ora Fellow Kiwis: Yes we are shipping to Aotearoa! Bulky, multiple or heavy items that exceed 3Kg may incur further shipping charges, if your wanting a quote please email: shop@livedincoogee.com.au. Furniture items cannot be sent to New Zealand.
Please note that you may be responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your item after purchase. If you are concerned about the cost of shipping please contact your International customs and duties office before placing an order.
Most orders on their way to New Zealand take an estimated 5-7 working days to arrive.
Furniture Delivery
Furniture Delivery charges are based on shipment location and total volume of your order. Please contact us for a quote for delivery, we use reputable furniture delivery companies, who will deliver your piece into the required location in your home.
Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles including entry ways and staircases. We do not take returns on furniture pieces due to inadequate access.
